It works by modulating immune response and skin barrier function, reducing inflammation and oxidative stress. Improves skin texture and decreases scaling. Clinical Uses Plaque psoriasis → reduces redness, thickness, and scaling. Atopic dermatitis → helps relieve itching and inflammation.
